Terms of Service

Effective: June 11, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you and us. By accessing any of our websites, landing pages, or microsites, by submitting any form, or by otherwise interacting with us (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.

2. Consent to be contacted (TCPA / CAN-SPAM / CASL)

By submitting your name, email, phone number, or any other contact information through any of our forms, you give your prior express written consent for us, our affiliates, our marketing partners, and the lead buyers, employers, recruiters, agencies, and brokers we share your information with to contact you at the email address(es) and phone number(s) you provided — including by automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, SMS/MMS text message, ringless voicemail, email, and direct mail — for marketing, advertising, qualification, scheduling, and informational purposes, even if your number is listed on any federal, state, or internal Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for help. You may also opt out of email by using the unsubscribe link in any message.

3. Consent to share and sell your information

You understand and agree that the information you submit may be shared with and sold to one or more third parties — including lead buyers, employers, recruiters, advertising networks (including Meta / Facebook, Google, TikTok and similar), and other marketing partners — for their own marketing, advertising, qualification, hiring, and commercial purposes, as further described in our Privacy Policy. Residents of states that provide opt-out rights (such as California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Washington, and Nevada) may exercise those rights as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Accuracy of information

You represent that all information you submit is true, accurate, current, and your own (or that you are authorized to submit it). Submitting false, misleading, or third-party information without authorization is prohibited.

5. No professional advice; no guarantees

The Services and any content are provided for informational and marketing purposes only. We do not guarantee employment, income, qualification, approval, eligibility, outcomes, results, or any specific offer. Nothing on the Services constitutes legal, financial, medical, tax, immigration, or employment advice.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, video, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, frame, mirror, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Prohibited conduct

  • Submitting false information or impersonating any person.
  • Interfering with, probing, or attempting to disrupt the Services.
  • Using bots, scrapers, or automated means without our consent.
  • Using the Services in violation of any law.

8. Disclaimers

The services and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we, our affiliates, and our partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangibles, arising out of or relating to your use of the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and lead buyers from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Services, (b) information you submit, (c) your breach of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Binding arbitration; class-action waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or your information will be resolved by binding individual arbitrationadministered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider (such as the American Arbitration Association). You and we each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. If this class-waiver provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of this Section still applies and any class claims must proceed in court, not arbitration.

12. Governing law; venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration section above, the exclusive venue for any action is the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Effective" date above shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
